The patient came to the clinic because she was unhappy with the appearance of her teeth: they were yellow, and the old metal-ceramic crowns had cracks and chips.

Problem: The old metal-ceramic crowns had cracks and chips and looked unaesthetic. The teeth were worn down, their color was yellowish, and the smile looked tired.
Solution: We carried out comprehensive treatment: implant placement in the missing tooth areas, restoration of the correct bite, placement of zirconia crowns and ceramic veneers. As a result, the patient received the new smile she had dreamed of.

Comprehensive diagnostics
We performed full diagnostics: examination, photo protocol, digital scans, computed tomography, bite analysis, and implant planning. This allowed us to assess the condition of the teeth, bone volume, and create a proper treatment plan.
Removal of old bridges and decision on implantation
The old metal-ceramic crowns were removed. Some of the teeth underneath were damaged and could not be restored, so they had to be extracted. A decision was made to place implants in the areas of missing teeth.
Digital treatment modeling
Digital planning of implant placement and future crowns was performed. We determined the position of the implants, bite height, and shape of the future teeth. Based on the planning, a surgical guide was fabricated for precise implant placement.
Immediate extraction, implantation, and placement of temporary crowns
Damaged teeth were extracted, implants were placed, and temporary crowns were fabricated on both implants and teeth. Throughout the entire treatment period, the patient had teeth and was able to communicate and smile normally.
Determining and fixing the correct jaw position
We determined the correct position of the lower jaw and restored the proper bite height. Second-stage temporary crowns were fabricated, allowing the patient to adapt to the new bite.
Placement of zirconia crowns on teeth and implants
After the implants had fully integrated, the temporary crowns were replaced with zirconia crowns, and ceramic veneers were bonded to the front teeth. The restorations were bonded under a microscope, taking into account bite height, chewing muscle balance, and the patient’s aesthetic preferences.
