Implant Crowns and Ceramic Crowns
Запит пацієнта
Client request: I want to get rid of my old crowns and have a beautiful smile without gaps or yellowish discoloration.
Problem: The old metal-ceramic crowns and bridges looked unaesthetic, and some teeth were missing. There was not enough bone tissue for implant placement, and there were also issues with the gums and the shape of the teeth in the smile zone.
Solution: We carried out comprehensive treatment and restored the natural appearance and function of the teeth using ceramic crowns and implant-supported crowns. As a result, we achieved an aesthetic, natural, and functional smile.

Comprehensive diagnostics
We performed full diagnostics: examination, photo protocol, digital scans, computed tomography, bite analysis, and implant planning. This allowed us to assess the bone volume, the condition of the teeth and gums, and create a proper treatment plan.
Surgical stage of treatment
The old metal-ceramic crowns and bridges were removed. Teeth that could not be treated were extracted. Bone grafting of the alveolar ridge and sinus lifting on both sides were performed to create sufficient bone volume for implant placement.
Digital planning of the future smile
We performed digital planning of the implant placement and future restorations, determining the tooth shape, gum level, implant position, and future smile before implantation began.
Implant placement and gum grafting
Implant placement was performed using a surgical guide for maximum precision. At the same time, gum grafting was performed to create a beautiful and natural gum contour around the future crowns and implants.
Determining the correct jaw position
We determined and fixed the correct position of the lower jaw so that the future crowns and veneers would function properly, avoid overloading the teeth and implants, and remain long-lasting.
Placement of temporary crowns
Temporary crowns were placed, allowing the patient to adapt to the new bite, new tooth shape, and bite height.
Placement of ceramic crowns and implant-supported crowns
After the adaptation stage, permanent ceramic crowns and zirconia implant-supported crowns were fabricated in a digital dental laboratory. The restorations were bonded under a microscope with control of the bite, chewing muscle balance, and chewing comfort.

Patient testimonial

For many years, I had old crowns and bridges, but I really did not like how they looked — dark, unattractive, and with gaps between the teeth.
I felt embarrassed to smile sincerely.
And finally, I decided to do it! The treatment was not quick, but the result exceeded all my expectations.
Now I have very beautiful, even, and natural-looking teeth. I can chew normally and finally smile without feeling embarrassed.
I am very grateful to the doctors for such wonderful work.
